This is an application filed by the plaintiff seeking appointment of a Court Auctioneer for sale of the house bearing number, Block-10, Plot No.- 328, situated at Sunder Vihar, Near Paschim Vihar New Delhi- 110087, measuring 256 sq. yds (214.04 Sq. mtrs.) ('subject property'). 2.

Vashisht, Advocate appears on behalf of the nonapplicant/defendant. He states that the defendant has already filed Ex. P. 42/2025 before this Court for implementation of the final decree dated 22.01.2024. He states that he is serving a copy of the execution petition on the plaintiff, who is present in Court. He states that these reliefs should be entertained in the execution petition. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has no objection to the relief being pursued in execution. Plaintiff, who is present in person states that the residential address available on record is valid.
