This appeal has been preferred by the appellant/plaintiff assailing the impugned order dated 01.02.2025, passed by the learned Trial Court in Civil Suit No.561/2024, whereby the interim Order under XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the CPC for maintaining status quo with regard to the subject property was vacated.

No one is present for the respondent/defendant despite sending advance notice.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the appellant requests permission to withdraw the present appeal, with liberty to pursue the remedy before the learned Trial Cout in accordance with the law.
