The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent/MCD to remove the status of the petitioner's property No.354, First Floor, Nimri Colony, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-110052, being shown as 'booked' on the official website of the respondent/MCD. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that a speaking order was passed by MCD on 5th February, 2024 in terms of which, the earlier show cause notice issued by MCD was withdrawn.

Subsequently, this Court had passed an order dated 28th April, 2025 in CONT. CAS(C) 506/2024, noting that the booking of the petitioner's property has been rendered infructuous, 4.

of which the property is being shown as booked. She submits that an official order has been passed to change the status of the property and the same shall be reflected within two (2) weeks from today. 5.
