1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to the Court appointing a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate their disputes including their claims and counter-claims. The Court accordingly appoints Mr. Naveen R. Nath, Advocate (Mobile No.9810055157) to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

2. The parties will appears before Mr. Nath on 19th April, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. or some other date/time, which may be mutually convenient, which would be informed to the parties by him at least one week before the date. The venue for the hearing will be arranged by the Petitioner and the expenses thereof shall be equally shared between them.

3. Mr. Nath will fix his own terms and communicate them to the parties.

4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. A certified copy of this order be delivered forthwith to Mr Naveen Nath by a Special Messenger. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
