% 16.04.2018 Though, the disclosure statement of the proposed Arbitrator under Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is not on record, learned counsel for the respondent hands it over in Court. Having perused the same, I do not see any impediment in confirming his appointment as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.
Accordingly, I appoint Mr.Ajay K.Tandon, Advocate, Mobile9810443999, 404, Lawyers' Chamber Block-I, Delhi High Court, New Delhi, as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.
The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Dasti.
