The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984 against the impugned judgment/decree dated 30.03.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 1970/2022 captioned Smt. Madhu Bala V. Shri Nafay Singh. 2.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant submits that she has instruction to withdraw the present Appeal.
