Learned APP for the State accepts notice. She has handed over a copy of the Status report, which is taken on record. By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 76/2015 under Section 420 IPC registered at PS Crime Branch R.K. Puram. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had blind trust and faith on his Chartered Accountant, who was aware of the password who manipulated the transactions, and the petitioner has nothing to do with the said transactions.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
