% 14.03.2019 CM No.2446/2019 (for exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 526/2019, CM No. 2445/2019 The challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated January 09, 2019 passed by the learned District and Session Judge, wherein the learned District Judge has allowed Mr. Sukhinder Bir Singh to submit / file documents which are necessary for the disposal of the appeal which is pending adjudication before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD. It has been directed that the Appellate Tribunal shall take only those documents from Sukhinder Bir Singh on record which are necessary to decide the point in
controversy and enable Mr. Singh to explain the relevancy of the documents. Given the limited relief granted, I am of the view this Court in exercise of its power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India need not interfere with the order of learned District and Sessions Judge. The writ petition along with CM 2445/2019 are dismissed. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J MARCH 14, 2019/aky
