By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six weeks for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 15.02.2025.

Learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents on advance copy, accepts notice and submits that the respondents have no objection to the prayer made in the petition.
