By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the supplementary charge-sheets dated 25.05.2023 and 29.11.2023, as well as setting aside of the order dated 27.01.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Court in connection with FIR No. 455/2020 registered at Police Station Sangam Vihar, Delhi. The petitioners further seek a direction to the concerned Sessions Court to await adjudication of a transfer petition, and not to proceed either with consideration of discharge or with the framing of charges in the meantime. The transfer petition relates to transfer of another proceeding, presently pending before a learned Magistrate's Court [FIR No. 454/2020 registered at Police Station Sangam Vihar, Delhi] to the Special Court, to be taken up alongwith the subject W.P.(CRL) 693/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. After some arguments, Mr. S.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the petitioners' right to approach the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge for expeditious consideration of the transfer petition filed by them. The petitioners are at liberty to make an appropriate request in this regard before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge.

It is made clear that the rights and remedies of the petitioners with respect to the legality of the supplementary charge-sheets dated 25.05.2023 and 29.11.2023 remain reserved.

Mr. Srivastava further submits that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners, they would like to explore the possibility of an amicable resolution of the disputes with respondent No.

2. The petitioners are at liberty to make such a request before the learned Special Court on the next date of hearing, which may be considered by in accordance with law.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is disposed of with these observations.
