% 26.02.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks furlough on the ground of reestablishing social ties. The petitioner has been convicted for offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(II)(C) and 29 of NDPS Act and hence would not be thus entitled to furlough as held by this Court in Depender Kumar @ Chotu Vs. State in W.P.(Crl.) No.2828/2018 decided on 23rd January, 2019. Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
