By way of present petition filed under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the following prayers:- "1. To complete the framing of charges against those Accused Persons whose names have already appeared in the investigation done by the I.O. before the Ld. Trial Court on 01/07/2021. That, this is because framing of charges is pending against such Accused Persons for more than 2 years.
2. To direct the Ld. Trial Court to expeditiously decide the Complainant's Application dated 11/07/2022 which is pending for adjudication before it for around two (2) years.
3. To initiate the trial of all Accused Persons as soon as possible since the 'incident' is of around three years (3) i.e. 01/03/2021 and the present 'Charge-sheet' was filed by the I.O. before the Ld. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the fact that the chargesheet in the aforesaid case was filed in July, 2021, the case is pending for framing of charge/application for further investigation before the learned MM.

Issue notice. Learned ASC (Crl.) for the State accepts notice. 4.
The petition alongwith pending applications is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make appropriate request before the concerned Court, which shall be considered in accordance with law. The learned MM shall also make an endeavour to conclude the hearing on the aforesaid aspect as expeditiously as possible.
