% 19.02.2024 This is a writ petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 627/2022 dated 15.10.2022 under Sections 323/341/427/506/34 IPC registered at PS: Neb Sarai predicated on a Compromise Deed, however, a bare perusal of the Compromise Deed annexed as annexure P-2 to the petition shows that it neither bears a date of execution nor is notarized/attested.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw with liberty to file a fresh petition, after fresh compromise deed is executed between the parties, in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
