O R D E R
% 20.01.2017 The petitioner seeks parole to repair his house and to re-establish social ties. However, the nominal roll on record shows that the petitioner was granted furlough between 11.11.2016 and 03.12.2016. The petitioner has premised this petition on the rejection of his parole vide order dated 09.11.2016. As noticed, thereafter he has been released on furlough which expired as late as on 03.12.2016.
In these circumstances, the petitioner should apply for parole to the State before approaching this Court.
Dismissed.
