Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that as per his instructions, the respondent No.2 has received the payment of the subject cheque and would be withdrawing the complaint case No.12182/2017, which is listed before the Trial Court tomorrow, i.e., 18.04.2018.

In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 that he shall be withdrawing the complaint case No. 12182/2017, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek revival, in case, respondent No.2 does not withdraw the complaint.
