By way of present applications, the petitioner informs that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 26.04.2025 and also prays for release of amount deposited with the Controlling Authority, (North Delhi), Labour Department, Ashok Vihar, Nimri Colony, Delhi.

Respondent has joined the proceedings through V.C. and acknowledges the factum of settlement as well as receipt of Rs.2 lacs as full and final settlement. He further states that cheque of Rs.2 lacs already stands encashed. He also states that he has no objection in case the sums deposited before the Controlling Authority as pre-deposit is released to the petitioner.
