% 23.01.2018 Petitioner claims to be working with respondent since the year 1989 on ad hoc basis and the grievance of petitioner is that despite recommendation for regularization made by Deputy Chief Manager (Emporium) on 11th April, 2017, his service has not been regularized and he continues to work as a daily wager.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that despite Legal Notice of 17th July, 2017 (Annexure P-5), petitioner's service has not been regularized nor any reply has been given to the aforesaid Legal Notice of 17th July, 2017 (Annexure P-5).
None has appeared for respondent despite service of advance notice.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed W.P.(C) 616/2018
of with direction to respondent to treat the Legal Notice of 17th July, 2017 (Annexure P-5) as a Representation and to pass a speaking order thereon within a period of twelve weeks. The fate of Legal Notice of 17th July, 2017 (Annexure P-5)/ Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
