The present review petition under Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC read with Section 151 CPC has been filed by the petitioner seeking review of order dated 26.04.2024 vide which this Court after hearing the learned counsel for both the sides had dismissed the writ petition. 4.

the said order. In fact, what appears is that by changing his counsel, the petitioner is now trying to re-argue the matter on merits. This cannot, in our new, be permitted within the limited ambit of review jurisdiction. 5.
