The present review petition under Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC read with Section 151 CPC has been filed by the petitioner seeking review of order dated 26.04.2024 vide which this Court after hearing the learned counsel for both the sides had dismissed the writ petition. 4.
Having perused the review petition and considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, we find absolutely no ground to review The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the said order. In fact, what appears is that by changing his counsel, the petitioner is now trying to re-argue the matter on merits. This cannot, in our new, be permitted within the limited ambit of review jurisdiction. 5.
