The petitioner seems to be aggrieved against the opening of the Government Wine and Beer Shop, situated at 15, Main Shivpuri, Patparganj Road, Delhi-110051. According to the petitioner, there are many hospitals, schools, colleges, education institutions, temples, mosques and Gurudwaras which are situated in the same locality and on account of liquor shop situated in the vicinity, the existing rules and regulations stand violated. He submits that the Government Senior Secondary School, is located within 100 meters from the shop in question.

The grievance of the petitioner will have to be looked into by the competent officer of the State Government.
