The present petition raises a grievance that the respondent no.6, is not eligible to be appointed as an office bearer of the respondent no.3 (Rajasthan State Chess Association) since the respondent no.6 is not a member of any District Level Chess Association.

After some hearing, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate the said aspect, and also other related issues, by filing a petition before the Rajasthan High Court. 3.
The present petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

All rights and contentions of the petitioner are left open. It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as an expression of opinion of this Court on the merits of the contentions of the petitioner.
