The present application has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking direction to the Respondents to release the detained goods of the Petitioner in compliance of judgment dated 19th February 2025.

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner does not wish to press the present application and submits that he has received a call from the Customs Department that the goods of the Petitioner would be released. 4.
The Customs Department shall ensure that the goods of the Petitioner are released by 15th May 2025, failing which action would be liable to be taken The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
