In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi. . Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi on 20.07.2016.
