Present application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking modification of the judgment dated 04.04.2025 passed by this Court in the present writ petition, to the limited extent of expunging the adverse remarks against the applicant/petitioner in para 12 thereof. 2.
Ms. Malvika Trivedi, learned senior counsel appears for the applicant/petitioner and submits that the observations passed by this Court against the applicant/petitioner in the judgement dated 04.04.2025 may impact the petitioner's credibility in other pending litigations or any other dispute arising out of the contracts and tenders of the various agencies. We have heard learned senior counsel for the applicant and perused the judgement dated 04.04.2025 and are not inclined to interfere with the same.

However, we only provide that the observations made in para 12 and as highlighted by Ms. Trivedi will not be treated as a reflection upon the competence or otherwise of learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner.
