% 17.02.2025 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to approach the Gujarat High Court. It is also evident from the averment in the last paragraph of the writ petition that the petitioners have filed proceedings for the same relief before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal in Ahmedabad.

The writ petition, along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
