This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) quash the withdrawal order dated 31.05.2025 issued by the Respondent No.2 whereby it has arbitrarily withdrawn the recognition of Petitioner's D.El.Ed. course from the academic session 2025-26; and (b) direct the Respondent No.2 to issue a communication in favour of the Petitioner thereby declaring it to be an Institution duly recognised for running the D.El.Ed. course; and (c) consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to update its website by displaying the recognized status of petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. institution and communicate the said status to the Affiliating Authority of the Petitioner and the State Department for Higher Education, for the purpose of counselling for the present academic session;..."

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsels for the respective parties are ad idem that case of the petitioners are covered on all four corners by judgment of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being W.P.(C) 5369/2025, delivered on 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed holding that the directions passed by this Court in paragraphs Nos. 12 to 16 in judgment dated 15.12.2025 will apply to the case of the petitioners, including the direction to permit the petitioners to participate in the counselling for academic session 2025-2026.

The writ petition stands disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
