Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has handed over a copy of the report of Standing Appellate Committee, which was conducted on 05.07.2024. Let the same be taken on record. 2.

In the above-said report, it has been observed as follows: "Since there is no substantiating evidence in support of the complaint, the committee is of the opinion that the institute may be absolved from the charge of having collected excess fee. Further, the committee is of the opinion that the institute may be given all due benefits as per norms."

No further relief is prayed for.

In view thereof, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.
