By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 250/2025 dated 05.06.2025, registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar Phase-I, District East, New Delhi, under Section 137(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The status report handed up by Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is taken on record. 3.

After some arguments, Mr. Rizwan Hasan, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to move the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage.

Mr. Hasan seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the learned Sessions Court. The applicant may make the said request before the learned Sessions Court, which may consider the same in accordance with its own Board and the age of the matters pending before it. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case or on any proposed application before the learned Sessions Court, which may be considered by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
