This application is filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC filed by the parties for recording their settlement arrived at between the parties.

The present suit is instituted by the Plaintiff inter alia seeking declaration, mandatory injunction and partition of the following immovable and movable properties:

(i.) C-347, Vikas Puri, New Delhi;

(ii.) Property No. 976, Katra Shafi, Delhi-110006;

(iii.) First floor without roof rights and one mezzanine floor between the first floor and second floor, in property bearing No. A-53, Krishna Park, New Delhi 110009;

(iv.) Property bearing Plot No. 17, Measuring.500 sq. yds., being part of Khasra No. 162/2, situated in the village of Burari, Delhi; CS(OS) 22/2019 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (v.) Property being warehousing plot bearing No. 303, in Block A of IFC Holambi Kalan, Narela, Phase 1, Delhi; and (vi.) 300 shares of Glaxo India Ltd.

During the pendency of the suit, the parties have arrived at a comprehensive settlement of all their inter se disputes and a Settlement Agreement dated 28.08.2025 along with an addendum dated 28.08.2025 has been executed, copies of which have been placed on record along with the application recording the terms of settlement between the parties. 4.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, application is allowed and disposed of recording the settlement between the parties.

In light of the settlement arrived at between the parties incorporated in Settlement Agreement dated 28.08.2025 and addendum dated 28.08.2025, the suit is decreed. Needless to state that the settlement agreement and addendum shall form a part of the decree and bind the parties thereto. The Registry is directed to draw up final decree. 6.

Suit stands disposed of along with all pending applications. 7.

Parties shall file the originals of the Settlement Agreement/Addendum dated 28.08.2025 in a sealed cover before this Court within two weeks from today, which shall be retained by the Dealing Assistant in safe custody.
