CRL.M.A. 8581/2025-Seeking directions to respondent to return the amount released to her and pass directions to Ld. Trial Court to release the amount deposited by the revisionist 1.
By virtue of the present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C) the applicant/ petitioner seeks directions to the respondent to return the amount of Rs.98,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only) to the petitioner which was released to her vide order dated 13.07.2023 passed by this Court. 2.
Notably, the present application is premised on the order dated 14.01.2025 passed by the learned Judge Family Court- 01 (North East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi whereby the petition filed by the respondent seeking maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has since been dismissed. 3.
