The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has sought parole which was declined by the State. However, upon a relook, during the pendency of this petition, the State has granted him parole for two weeks vide order dated 31.01.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the said period would be too little as the primary reason for seeking parole was to carry out extensive repair work to the petitioner's house in Sant Kabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Photographs of the dilapidated house of the petitioner are annexed to the petition. The petitioner also prays for some time to make arrangements for funds to carry out the said repair work of his house.

In view of the aforesaid, the parole of the petitioner is extended by two weeks i.e. four weeks in total, on the same terms and conditions as
mentioned in the order dated 31.01.2019 issued by the GNCTD. 4.
The petition is disposed of, in the above terms. 5.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master. A copy of the order shall be communicated to the Jail Superintendant.
