Learned counsel for the petitioners referring to the notice dated 7th January, 2018 states that by this notice it is apparent that the police does not wish to arrest the petitioners.

This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner Parvez Ali and third anticipatory bail application by Danish Ali. Anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner Danish Ali was dismissed by this Court by a speaking order dated 2nd March, 2017 and thereafter on 28th November, 2017 anticipatory bail applications of both Parvez Ali and Danish Ali were also dismissed.

This Court finds no change in the circumstance to entertain the present petition.
