Petitioner seeks modification of order dated 21.02.2025. 2.
Writ Petition in question was disposed of by this Court on 21.02.2025 and the petitioner herein was given liberty to file complaint afresh with RBI Ombudsman. It was also observed that as and when any such complaint is filed, it would be ensured that same is decided in accordance with law. 3.
It is submitted that such complaint was filed with RBI Ombudsman on 26.02.2025 but has not yet been disposed of and, therefore, the modification is merely to the effect that let there be some time-bound direction to RBI, Ombudsman to dispose of such complaint.

Since a very short point is involved, the present petition is disposed of with direction to RBI, Ombudsman to dispose of aforesaid complaint, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from today.
