O R D E R

(ORAL) Petitioner seeks bail in application No. 216 FIR No. 283/18, under Sections 308/323/34 of IPC, registered at police station DBG Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi, while claiming that petitioner is in custody since 7th December, 2018.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the incident in question had taken place on a trivial issue and the complainant's version stands contradicted from the medical evidence on record. It is also submitted that regarding this incident, cross FIR No. 284/18, under Sections 323/341/34 of IPC, has been registered at police station DBG Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi and complainant of this FIR is accused in cross FIR in which accused are on bail.

BAIL APPLN. 139/2019

Upon hearing and on perusal of the FIR of this case and the MLC of the injured, I find that injured was discharged from hospital on the next day of this incident and that it is a fit case for grant of bail to petitioner. Without commenting on the merits of the cross FIRs, it is directed that petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his address verification and upon his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. These applications are accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
