The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers:- "i. issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No.2 to sanction and release the actual pension as per Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 in favour of the Petitioner herein;
ii. issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No.2 to sanction and release title actual pension on higher wages as per Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 in favour of the Petitioner herein and in consonance with the other The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. employees who has been granted higher pensions; iii. issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 to clear the pending arrears of pension along with interest in favour of the Petitioner herein. iv. Pass any such order(s) that Hon'ble Court deemsfit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2/EPFO has handed up in Court a chart demonstrating the status of the pension being released to the petitioner and the same is taken on record. He submits that the pension has been released to the petitioner vide PPO No. GN/GGN/30773 in PF A/C No. of the petitioner, i.e., GNGGN/25331/88. He further submits that the arrears of the pension have also been released; however, in case, the same has not been credited in the petitioner's account, the same shall be disbursed within four weeks.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.

The arrears of the pension, if any, in case the same have not already been released to the petitioner, shall be disbursed within a period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
