Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.192/2017 dated 22.06.2017, registered at P.S. Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, for commission of offence under Section 392 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Subsequently, in the charge-sheet, offences under Sections 394/411/34 IPC and Sections 147/179 of Indian Railways Act were added. 2.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from petitioner, who is present in court, does not press the present petition while reserving all her rights and contentions. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
