report dated 17th February, 2025, as per which after analysing the Call Detail Record (hereinafter 'CDR'), a number was identified in Ludhiana, Punjab on which there were multiple calls by Mr. Mohit Chauhan. The said status report is taken on record. The police team after obtaining the CDR information and some leads, has identified the said number to be of one Mr. Rohit, who is stated to be the brother of Mr. Mohit. A police team was then dispatched to Ludhiana, Punjab, where Mr. Rohit was spoken to and he enabled the police to speak to his brother via Instagram, during which both the girl and the boy have confirmed that they are living in Pune out of their own free will and they would come to Delhi to provide their statement by Tuesday. However, thereafter, they are not in contact. The conversation that took place has also been shown to the Court on the mobile phone, where the girl clearly states that she is in Pune out of her own free will. She also states that she has got married to Mr. Mohit Chauhan and confirms her age to be 19 years old. 5.

Under these circumstances, no further orders would be called for in this petition. However, the concerned IO/SHO shall obtain the mobile number of the couple, either of the boy or the girl as also their location and inform the same to the Petitioner within one week. If possible the IO/SHO shall also make the parents of the girl speak to her.

6.

With these observations, the petition is accordingly disposed of. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
