Learned counsel for petitioner submits that FIR No. 451/2023 under Sections 420/34 IPC was registered pursuant to directions issued by learned Judicial Magistrate u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. Further, petitioner had made a representation for recording of her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. but no action has been taken by the authorities.

Learned ASC for the State submits that present writ petition shall be treated as representation on behalf of the petitioner and appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with law, within a week. 5.

Taking the statement of learned ASC for the State on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
