This petition has been filed with a following prayers: "(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide and dispose off the Post-Confirmation petition dated 24.09.2025 U/s 117(2) of BSF Act, 1968 filed by the petitioner before DG, BSF against the findings and sentence passed by the general security force Court in an expeditious and time bound manner; and (ii) Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

In view of the prayer made, we direct the respondents to dispose of the post-confirmation petition dated 24.09.2025 filed under Section 117(2) of BSF Act, 1968 by the petitioner before DG, BSF within a period of three months. 3.

The petition stands disposed of.
