The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed seeking the following prayers: - "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that the direction be given to Respondent No.3 CCSU and Respondent No.4 Principal of the college Phoolwait institute of Law and Respondent No.6 Jail Superintendent Central Jail.NO.3 Tihar Delhi to make arrangements for the petitioner to attend classes through VC and he may further be permitted to appear in exams, the petitioner be released on interim bail for practical training and exams and moot court and internship."
