Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that a balance amount of ₹17,05,556/-, inclusive of interest until today, remains to be paid to decree holder No. 3 in terms of the decree under execution. It is accepted by Mr. Nitin Gupta, learned counsel for the decree holders, that the decree has been satisfied as far as decree holder Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned.

Mr. Karnail Singh, learned counsel for the judgment debtors, upon instruction from Mr. Alimuddin (judgment debtor No. 3 and the EX.P. 15/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Chairman of judgment debtor Nos. 1 and 2), who is present on video conference, states that the balance amount under the decree shall be paid alongwith further interest to decree holder No. 3, by 15.04.2024. Judgment debtor No. 3 is directed to file an affidavit of undertaking on his own behalf, and on behalf of judgment debtor Nos. 1 and 2, to this effect within three days from today. The judgment debtors are directed to comply with the aforesaid undertaking.

The execution proceedings are therefore disposed of in these terms. All pending applications also stand disposed of. 5.
However, in the event that the judgment debtors fail to file the aforesaid undertaking within the time granted or to make payment in terms thereof, the decree holders are at liberty to revive these proceedings.
