By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file an SLP and arrange finances for the same. A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner has been awarded sentence of life imprisonment i.e. imprisonment for the remainder of his natural life with fine. Before being involved in the FIR in question under Section 364 and 302 IPC, the petitioner was involved in as many as 19 other cases. 2.

Considering the fact that the appeal can be filed from the jail itself, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the order of the competent authority rejecting the application of the parole of the petitioner vide communication dated 6th March, 2019.

Petition is dismissed.
