% 19.02.2019 A status report has been filed. As per the status report the family of the petitioner was found residing at WZ-152/3, J.J. Colony, Madipur, Delhi. As per the nominal roll the petitioner is convicted for three other cases relating to offences punishable under Sections 379/399/395 IPC. Though as per the status report jail conduct of the petitioner is unsatisfactory, however, nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was granted parole by this Court twice and he did not misuse the concession. The last release of the petitioner was w.e.f. 08th May, 2018 to 29th May, 2018.
Considering the facts verified and the petitioner has roots in the society and earlier also he did not misuse the concession, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
