The instant application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of applicant seeking extension of interim for a period of one month. 4.

Issue notice. Mr. Raghuvinder Varma, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that the applicant was granted interim bail vide order dated 04.03.2024. In such circumstances, this Court is inclined to extend the interim bail granted to the applicant for a period of 10 days, on the same terms and conditions vide order dated 04.03.2024.
