By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, the petitioner seeks quashing of the summoning order dated 28.11.2018 and Complaint Case No. CC/16201/17 titled M/s PEC Ltd. v. M/S K.S. Oil Ltd. & Ors. under sections 138 and 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 against the petitioner and all its consequent proceeding pending before Special Court, (N I Act), Rouse Avenue Court, New Delhi vide which the petitioner has been summoned in the aforesaid complaint case. 2.
The petitioner contends that he was appointed as an independent/additional director in the accused company in the year 2008 whereafter he had resigned. The cheques in question were issued later in the year 2016. The petition is also accompanied by Form-32. Learned counsel for the respondent fairly does not oppose the request made and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid summoning order is quashed qua the petitioner. The statement is taken on record. 3.

aforesaid complaint case and the consequent proceedings are quashed. 4.
