The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 48/2023 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jahangir Puri.

A perusal of order sheets reveal that for the past two hearings none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has been arrested in some other case FIR No. 502/2023 under Section 302/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar.
