CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.P.GARG

O R D E R

% 23.03.2017 1.

The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.1214/2014 registered under Sections 307/380/411/341/506/34 IPC at PS Sultanpuri. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. On perusal of the status report it reveals that various injuries were inflicted to victim Deepak by a sharp object. Nature of injuries has been opined as 'grievous'. It is further informed that the petitioner is involved in 36 criminal cases.

3.

It is informed by learned APP that the case is listed before the Trial Court for recording statements of accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

4.

Since the matter is at the fag end of trial and there are serious allegations of attempt to murder against the petitioner; considering the criminal background where the petitioner is involved in 36 criminal cases, no sufficient ground for grant of bail.

5.

The bail application is dismissed.
