% 10.02.2017 Statement of the petitioner Shri Sageer Ahmed has been recorded in court today. He has undertaken to vacate the tenanted premises on or before 31.01.2019. He has also undertaken various other terms and conditions. He shall be bound by his undertaking recorded in court today. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present revision petition. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in view of the said undertaking given by the petitioner the respondent shall not execute the Eviction order till 31.1.2019.

The respondent shall communicate to learned counsel for the petitioner the Account No. of the respondent where the petitioner may deposit the agreed rent.

RC.REV.25/2017 Dated: 10.02.2017 Statement of Mr.Sageer Ahmed S/O Shri Basheer Ahmed R/o 364, Hansa Puri Road, Tri Nagar, Delhi-35 Age 62 Years. ON SA.

I undertake to this court to vacate the property in question, namely, 364, Hansa Puri Road, Onkar Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi as described by the respondent in the eviction petition and shall hand over vacant physical possession of the same on or before 31.01.2019 to the respondent. I undertake that during the period the property is in occupation, I shall continue to pay agreed rent of Rs.370/- per month by the 7th day of each month. In case there are any arrears I shall also pay the said arrears of rent. I shall also pay all the electricity and water charges that may be payable for the tenanted premises during the period I am in occupation. I also undertake not to induct any third party in the premises or sub-let or part with possession of the property or cause any wilful damage to the property. I admit the bonafide need of the respondent.
