This application has been filed seeking modification of conditions contained in order dated 08th February, 2022 and order dated 13th September, 2023 passed in BAIL APPLN. 2557/2018.

By order dated 08th February, 2022, bail has been granted to the petitioner on the basis of certain conditions, which was subsequently modified by order dated 13th September, 2023. 3.

As regards reporting requirements to the IO once every month, considering that petitioner states that she has been consistently reporting The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. previously, however, she is a 52 years old lady and is made to wait for a long time and suffering from certain medical issues, she may be dispensed with the obligation of reporting to the IO. Accordingly, the said plea is allowed and the condition imposed in para 15(d) of order dated 08th February 2022, which was subsequently modified in para 8 of order dated 13th September, 2023, is waived off.

However, the other plea relating to surrender of passport, is rejected, considering the facts and circumstances of the issue involved, as well as, the fact that the trial is yet to begin in the matter. 5.

If the petitioner wishes to travel abroad, she may file an application for permission before this Court, which shall be considered on its own merits.
