The present petition is premised on allegation of wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 08.01.2026 passed by this Court in CRL.MC. No. 935/2023. It transpires during the course of hearing that the amount of Rs. 25,00,000/- has been paid to the petitioner in terms of direction contained in Paragraph 4(b) of the aforesaid order dated 08.01.2026 albeit with some delay.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that not only has the payment of Rs. 25,00,000/- been paid, the respondent shall continue to pay the interim maintenance amount of Rs. 50,000/- per month to the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid order on/ or before 07th day of every month.

Given the aforesaid undertaking/ commitment of the respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 7.
