The matter has been put on office note, wherein it is stated that pursuant to directions given vide Order dated 29.02.2024 to the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within six months and dispose of the matter. A response to this effect has been received from the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate in a sealed cover, wherein it is submitted that the directions passed vide Order dated 29.02.2024 have been duly complied with as the matter stands disposed of within six months.
